Events – team, catering and cleaning from a single source
Your event, our team – from preparation to handover. For companies, associations, event venues and private hosts: we take on the event team, our own catering, cleaning and the waste concept as a complete contract – with our own event team under our own LIVAFS team leader on site.

Service, bar, reception and cloakroom, set-up and dismantling, plus helping hands for everything that comes up at the event – as a LIVAFS team, led by our team leader.

From the aperitif to the buffet – prepared by our own catering team. We agree the menu with you, tailored to your event.

Getting everything ready before the event, keeping washrooms and areas clean during it, and cleaning thoroughly afterwards.

Waste concept and venue handover
Waste separation, collection points and disposal according to an agreed concept – and at the end, the venue handed back broom-clean or ready for handover.

How we work
One complete contract – with a team leader on site.
We do not deliver individual working hours, but a result: our team leader plans the event with you, leads the LIVAFS event team and is your point of contact on site.

Planning and preparation

- As soon as the date, venue and approximate number of guests are fixed.
- What it includes
- Joint briefing on the schedule and tasks, agreeing catering and working hours, job planning by our team leader, set-up and cleaning before the event.
At the event
- When is it useful?
- While your guests are there.
- What it includes
- Reception and cloakroom, service and bar, catering by our own catering team, ongoing cleaning and waste management – led by our team leader.
Dismantling, cleaning and handover
- When is it useful?
- After the event – late in the evening or the following day.
- What it includes
- Dismantling, thorough cleaning of all areas used, disposal according to the waste concept and handing back the venue broom-clean or ready for handover.

Who leads the team at the event?
Our own LIVAFS team leader. They plan the job with you, lead the event team – including the catering team – on site and are your point of contact during the event. You tell us what you want to achieve – we organise how.
Can you take on just the catering or just the cleaning?
Yes. Event team, catering, cleaning and the waste concept can be ordered individually or in combination – exactly as you need.
Do you do the catering yourselves?
Yes – our own catering team prepares everything from the aperitif to the buffet. We agree with you exactly what suits – depending on the event, the guests and the venue.
How early should I get in touch?
As early as possible – ideally as soon as the date and venue are fixed. That way we can plan the team, catering and schedule carefully.
How is it charged?
According to the agreed scope of services. You will receive a quote for your event with no obligation.
Which regions do you work in?
In the Zurich and Basel regions – and for events throughout Switzerland by arrangement.
