Technical inspections and upkeep
We regularly check building services, lighting, doors and common areas and carry out ongoing upkeep. This way, defects are spotted early – before they become a major issue.

Minor repairs
A sticking door, a faulty bulb, a dripping tap: we deal with small things straight away. For larger jobs, we can bring in the right specialists on request.

Checks of systems and infrastructure
Heating, ventilation, lighting, playground or grounds: we keep an eye on systems and infrastructure and report anything unusual immediately.

Water damage doesn’t stick to office hours. We make a binding agreement with you on how we can be reached for urgent matters outside office hours.
