Hotel housekeeping & kitchen stewarding
Clean rooms and a well-kept kitchen – day after day. We take on housekeeping and kitchen stewarding for your hotel as a complete contract: carried out by our own team under our own LIVAFS team leader, who plans, schedules and checks the work.
Our services at a glance

Room cleaning and public areas
Departure and stayover rooms to your specifications, plus the lobby, corridors, stairwells, lifts and public washrooms – so the whole hotel looks well kept.

Kitchen stewarding
Washing dishes and glassware, cleaning the kitchen during service and the night clean after the last service – so your kitchen brigade starts the morning in a clean kitchen.

Linen handling
Distributing and collecting bed linen and towels throughout the hotel – on request we also wash and iron them and deliver them back clean. Or we get them ready for your own laundry.

Deep cleaning in the low season
When there are fewer guests, we thoroughly clean rooms, floors, the kitchen and back-of-house areas – planned in advance and matched to your occupancy.

Day-to-day housekeeping

- When you want to outsource room and floor cleaning in full or in part.

- Scheduling based on your occupancy, cleaning to your room standard, checks by our team leader and feedback to your reception.
Kitchen stewarding and night cleaning

- When your kitchen needs support during service and a thorough clean at night.
- What it includes
- Washing dishes, glassware and kitchen utensils, cleaning work surfaces, floors and equipment in line with your hygiene requirements.
Deep cleaning in the low season

- When the hotel is quieter or before the new season.

- Thorough cleaning of rooms, floors, the kitchen and back-of-house areas – section by section, so the hotel can keep running.

Who leads the team in the hotel?
Our own LIVAFS team leader. They plan the shifts, schedule the team, check the quality and are your point of contact. You tell us which standard applies – we make sure it is met.
How is it charged?
Per room or by the hour – depending on the service and the hotel. We agree the model individually with each hotel in a quote with no obligation.
Can you take on kitchen stewarding only?
Yes. Housekeeping, kitchen stewarding and deep cleaning can be ordered individually or in combination.
Do you also wash the hotel linen?
Yes, on request: we collect the bed linen and towels, wash and iron them and bring them back clean. If you already have a laundry, we handle distributing, collecting and preparing the linen within the hotel.
Which regions do you work in?
From our locations in Rüti (ZH) and Aesch (BL), we work in the Zurich and Basel regions – and throughout Switzerland.
