What does maintenance cleaning include?

Maintenance cleaning is the regular cleaning of spaces in use – for example floors, surfaces, workstations, washrooms, kitchens and waste disposal. Together, we set out in a cleaning concept for your property which tasks are needed and how often.

How often should maintenance cleaning take place?

That depends on how the spaces are used: high-traffic areas such as entrances or washrooms need attention more often than rarely used rooms. After the site visit, we will suggest a suitable schedule.

How much does maintenance cleaning cost?

The price depends on the floor area, type of premises, cleaning frequency and the services required. After a site visit, you receive a clear quote – free of charge and with no obligation.

For which properties do you offer maintenance cleaning?

What is the difference between maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning?

Maintenance cleaning keeps spaces clean on a regular basis. Deep cleaning is a one-off, particularly thorough clean, for example for stubborn dirt – at LIVAFS it is part of our specialist cleaning.
